Study Method: Sedentary Students!
Is your student life too sedentary? Try thinking about it! The lifestyle of many students is to be seated for the most part of the day. You are part of this category if you are sitting almost all the time: when you are at a lesson while studying at home, when you go to the PC or watch TV on the couch as you are at the table to eat. In the end, you go to sleep and you have done very little physical activity.
Unfortunately, this way of behaving tends to be repeated every day. This is harmful to your health, not just on a physical level, but also on the mental plane. Over the years, several studies have shown that daily physical activity is essential to stimulate brain activity and to be more lucid and productive. It would be 20 minutes of daily physical activity, so you do not have to become a sports fanatic. Try not to let yourself be overwhelmed by laziness. I know that when you feel tired you would like to lie down and close your eyes, without doing anything at all. But when do you move?

Take advantage of every opportunity to get a little in motion. Use the stairs instead of taking the elevator. If there are few stops between your lodge and the college colleges on foot instead of taking tram or metro. Get out and go for a light heart walk. You could join the gym, or do some exercise in your living room when you do not want to go out. All this can only help you to get out of the tight rhythms of the study.
Oxygen your brain and recover your energies! I assure you that after you feel more burdensome and ready to resume studying. Also drain the tension and stress accumulated. So many unnecessary worries will vanish. You will be able to find new solutions to problems that you would not have solved standing seated!
