By controlling the breath, in fact, you have the ability to manage their emotions and to curb the negative feelings. What about meditation? Again, we’re dealing with a daily practice thanks to which you can resize the daily problems, leaving room for positive feelings. While there are specific techniques of meditation, our advice is to find an ideal dimension in which being able to relax and get away from the world, perhaps with good background music.
